- Is it sure that we will see dolphins during the tour? Unfortunately we can not give a 100% security, because they are free living animals. They are always moving through the gulf of Golfo Aranci and are not permanently present. However, experience shows that the dolphins are very often and also at different times of the day in the vicinity of the breeding. Basically we pay attention to this and also ask the guests not to harass the animals in case of a sighting. Sit back and relax on the kayak and enjoy the experience!
- I have never kayaked before and have no experience. Can I still participate? Yes, our tours are suitable for all experience levels and fitness levels.
- Can I fall into the water? Yes, this can happen in principle. However, this happens very rarely and usually only in case of improper behavior. Basically, the kayaks we use are very wide and are stable in the water.
- Are life jackets available? Yes, we are happy to provide these free of charge to each participant.
- Can I cancel my booking? Yes, cancellation is possible free of charge.
- Will the tour take place in case of bad weather? Depending on the weather conditions, such as strong winds, we will inform you the day before if the tour has to be canceled. In any case we will offer you an alternative date.
- Where can I park? There are plenty of parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the Spiaggia (not free of charge).
- Can my children participate? Yes, of course the tour is suitable for children. Depending on their age, children can either ride on their own kayak with an accompanying person or are on the kayak as a third person. Please contact us about this in the course of booking.
- How and when do I pay for the tour? You can pay on site at the start of the tour either in cash or contactless.
